Intake Shut Down Valves Simple
cost effective automatic overspeed protection
valves requiring no external power or
signals. Designed for incorporating into
the engine air intake hose. Type D valves
are available for intake pipe diameters
up to about 229mm. Optional features
include manual shutdown and integral
air cleaners on some models.
AUTO-MANUAL
TYPES
All
standard Bendix and Spindele types are also
available with the addition of a "T" handle
and cable assembly to enable manual shut
down.
INTEGRAL
AIR CLEANER TYPES
All
Bendix valves are available with the option
of an integral air cleaner. Types D34F, D35BF
and D39BF are only available with an integral
air cleaner.
