• System 5000E continuously monitors the vehicle's local atmosphere and provides an audible and visual alarm at 10% L.E.L.~ with automatic shutdown of the vehicle at 25% L.E.L
• Automatic gas test during rapid 45 second startup procedure ensures integrity of~gas sensing head at time of operation
• Temperature control systems continually monitor critical equipment to ensure surface temperatures do not exceed the designated temperature class
• All arcing, sparking or hot components are risk assessed or housed within restricted breathing enclosures to restrict the ingress of flammable gas or vapour
• Ancillary equipment such as data logging systems can be used on the vehicle without the need for major modifications
• Two gas sensing head unit optional
• Full range of accessories available including lighting, beacons, sounders, windscreen wipers, and cab heaters
• Engine surface and exhaust gas temperatures are limited to the designated temperature class using a water cooled exhaust manicooler system
• Control system continually monitors engine operating status and will instigate vehicle shutdown in the event of high temperatures
